Ohm Desai is an Associate at Kane & Company, where he supports investment and advisory engagements across private equity, hedge funds, growth strategy, and complex analytical work. Prior to joining Kane & Company, Ohm gained experience across private equity, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship, including roles as a Private Equity Intern, Financial Analyst at a Fortune 100 technology company, and founder of a consumer brand.

At Kane & Company, Ohm works closely with senior team members to help investors and operators evaluate opportunities and drive value creation. His work spans technology, healthcare, and business services, with experience across both buy-side and sell-side engagements.

Ohm earned a Bachelor of Science from The Wharton School with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a minor in Psychology. He is based in Dallas, TX, but is originally from Battle Creek, MI.
