Mark has 13 years of top tier management consulting and private equity experience. He spent the first 8 years of his career and Bain & Company where he worked in the Private Equity Group, driving results for clients across Bain’s Dallas, New York, and Mexico City offices.

Mark specializes in Private Equity Commercial Due Diligence and Value Creation, and has expertise in Healthcare, Healthcare IT, Technology, Industrials, Business Services, and Consumer.

He earned a Bachelors from University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Wharton School. He lives in Dallas, TX now but has lived abroad in Beijing, Barcelona, Bogota, São Paulo, Mexico City, and Paris.
