
Dominic Gearing is an Associate at Kane & Company. Prior to joining Kane & Company, Dominic conducted research at Yale's Mechanisms of Disinhibition Lab, where he developed computational models of brain-environment interactions and built data pipelines analyzing large-scale neuroimaging data, with ongoing research contributions to leading publications.
At Kane & Company, Dominic brings a strong foundation in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis, with hands-on experience in Python, R, and a range of machine learning and statistical tools.
Dominic earned a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Computational Neuroscience and a certificate in Data Science from Yale University, and played Lock on Yale’s rugby team. He is originally from Dripping Springs, Texas, and enjoys backpacking, running, producing music, and photography, and is based in the firm's Dallas office.
